I paid him the full amount he asked for, but instead of promoting my Super Taxi, he promoted the Obie Taxi Company.
That's clearly a scam.
I'm repoting him for demanding a bribe and scamming me.

Describe the incident that took place. If you do not know the Government Employee's name or badge number, provide other identifying information: while performing my undercover duties, I entered P3 and heard suspicious activity coming from downstairs, at the time, an ARES member was positioned upstairs near the desk, watching the entrances and seemingly ensuring that no one entered the area.

After successfully making my way inside, I proceeded downstairs to investigate the source of the activity, there, I witnessed ARES officer Joe Wise dealing with an on-duty medic.

Joe Wise and the medic reached an agreement whereby Joe would accept the medic's illegal drugs in exchange for releasing him.

instead of properly confiscating the illegal substances, securing them as evidence, and completing the arrest procedure as required, Joe Wise accepted the drugs from the medic following their agreement, the deal was ultimately carried out as discussed: the medic handed the illegal drugs over to Joe Wise, and the medic was subsequently released.

Based on the actions I personally witnessed, I believe Joe Wise committed the following offenses:


Conspiracy - Joe Wise and the medic mutually agreed to an unlawful arrangement whereby the medic would hand over the illegal drugs in exchange for his release.
The Penal Code defines, Conspiracy as a mutual agreement between two or more individuals to commit an illegal act and specifically recognizes Bribery as a related Offense.


Malfeasance in public office - Joe Wise, while acting in his official capacity as a law enforcement officer, knowingly engaged in wrongful and unlawful conduct by participating in the illegal arrangement, accepting the drugs and releasing the medic rather than performing his lawful duties

Criminal Negligence, - After personally discovering the medic's illegal drugs, Joe Wise knowingly failed to take the appropriate law enforcement action, instead of properly confiscating the substances and completing the arrest procedure, he accepted the agreement and allowed the medic to go free.

The entire incident demonstrates that this was not simply a failure to follow proper procedure.
Joe Wise knowingly participated in an agreement with the medic, accepted the illegal substances as part of that agreement, and then fulfilled his side of the deal by releasing him.

What surprised me, a cadet is doing a 10-26 alone , driivng a T.E car which it's highly restricted . I tried also to call any high rank in the LSPD roster over 911 , the same guy picked the phone , harrased me and corrupted the call in a manner no one else to respond and take actions . I felt unsafe . His face is clear in the attached video , same as he said his last name which is Diablo .
Also , the individual failed to call for a backup when unknown fellas showed up , didn't ask them to leave just like the book notes . I was afraid of them.

Describe the incident that took place. If you do not know the Government Employee's name or badge number, provide other identifying information: This incident occurred on my 2nd day in the city, I had no concept of corrupt cops being able to so openly rob me.

The full video details my initial interaction with Mr Bronx occurring in Grove HQ at Ganton. He calls my friend Terrence a gutter rat but then switches around to try and be polite. The entire time Mr Bronx has known me at this point, I've been using my camera to snap photos from all different angles. You can even see at the beginning of the footage I'm speaking with Kizzle about how I made 10k doing photography for FMD. Aritro Vercetti (( Aritro_Vercetti )) on the FMD team can support this claim if it comes into question. Arain mentions a wedding is in town after I specifically tell him "I take photos professionally...know anybody who needs a shoot?".

He says DIRECTLY that "my friend has a marriage ceremony...so I would like to call you as a photographer...I see you are much passionate about it".

Later at pizza stacks I realize that he wasn't trying to recruit me to be a cop, he was trying to get me to photograph the wedding. You can see me discuss this with my comrades in the helicopter candidly on the flight over. Once we arrive at pizza, Arain approaches me with his badge AND uniform to reply to my question of, "wheres that wedding at?" by announcing "come with me". (( I get inside his car, and he instantly breaks robbery rules BY DEFINITION! Mr Bronx did a TEXTBOOK, FIRST EXAMPLE LISTED robbery rule violation. ))

He ties me and blindfolds me ((without RP!)) then drives me away from town, which shows he understands robbery rules, and tries to get me to voluntarily forfeit my property((use the /give command to forfeit my crack voluntarily. I use /report, and a second cop takes my report, ignoring my details I provide about being robbed AT PIZZA and multiple mentions about having the *video*. Mr Kingsman never once suggested I post my video to the forums or DOJ complaints.))

I had already been harassed by one corrupt cop, so it took me a long time to build up the courage to come forward with this, assuming both cops would begin to harass me like Mr Bronx had. Once I am let go by Arain, but left blindfolded,(( I report again and Mr kingsman helps me back to Perishing square.)) Later, Mr Bronx decides to call my phone and text me to try and upset me even further, as displayed in the video and photos below.

Later I encounter Mr Bronx and Mr Kingsman at Pizza Stacks while hanging with Terrence. I witness Mr Bronx die to a gunfight while his partner is seen hitting on a random, seemingly uninterested woman while on duty. I say two lines of rude shit talk directed at Mr Bronx as he is lying on the ground waiting for the FMD, and Mr Kingsman rushes me with a combat shotgun to kill me without warning in a public place, feet away from an innocent civilian bystander well within the crossfire. This gross misuse of power aligns with his earlier handling of my robbery with Mr Bronx, his coworker. In the video at 27:59 you can witness Mr Bronx's killer run away and flee on an FCR, while Harry is entirely focused on killing me, the unarmed bystander((which he holds an ooc grudge against.))

Later I'm by myself at the small shack in North Rock, taking photos and preparing to leave town after a long time awake. I hear a helicopter and run outside to see Arain, who immediately accuses me of breaking the law and orders me to put my hands up. In the video you can see that he once again doesn't use the department standard methods, and instead speaks like a civilian would, blurring the lines of what I'm required to obey and what will lead to a second robbery. Childish bullying, obsessive behavior, and a habitually unapologetic abuse of power appears to be completely normal for Mr Bronx. ((The most important piece of information about this scene is that I can be seen in global chat explaining that I'll be logging off, which I believe causes Mr Bronx to rush to my location and attempt to harass me a LITTLE bit more.))

I see no possible way for Mr Bronx to receive enough training that anyone could consider him safe to wear a badge ever again. I've seen nothing but violence and bold rule breaking from his behavior, and I believe he is a serious threat to the public WITHOUT the power bestowed upon him by the LSPD. I'm sure I've made myself a target coming forward with this evidence, as I was the victim of violent harassment without ever perpetrating any against Mr Bronx. ((I believe the most disgusting piece of this whole puzzle is how long Mr Bronx admitted he has been on the force weeks later at Pizza Stacks)) He's become entirely comfortable in his corrupt role, and without a doubt has done much worse to others without facing consequences. ((A level 21 player should, and DOES know better. Mr Bronx CHOSE to break the rules with a full understanding of what he was doing. There is nothing you can teach him to stop this behavior that he hasn't already been taught.))

Describe the incident that took place. If you do not know the Government Employee's name or badge number, provide other identifying information: After carrying out my undercover duties around the city, I received a report regarding a suspect who was wanted on five charges. Shortly afterward, ARES reported a 10-15, confirming that the suspect had been apprehended.

I followed ARES to observe how the situation would be handled. Upon my arrival, my bodycam captured Major Murtaza Khan planting crack cocaine in the suspect’s pocket, apparently with the intention of making the suspect Most Wanted and having him delivered for an extended jail sentence for crimes he had not committed.

The necessary information has been provided in the documents below.
