Updated DM rule in regards to robberies:
From now on, robberies may no longer be conducted in public places. Determining whether a location is a public place will be at the discretion of the admin, but generally it will encompass almost everywhere in the city, with the exception of alleyways and other areas that can be considered realistic for a robbery. Having no people around in a certain part of the city does not exclude it from being a public place.
Examples of areas where robberies are not allowed are in and around Idlewood Pizza Stack, LSPD, precincts, Dice Casino, the bank, hospitals etc.
If you do not engage the person enough with a decent amount of roleplay then it will be deemed DM (one line that says "handsup this is a robbery" is not sufficient) — this too will be at the discretion of the admin.
Whilst in the process of robbing a player, the only circumstance in which you may kill the player is if they attempt to escape, attack you or refuse to pay you. If they do not have enough to pay you the requested amount then it is not a valid reason to kill them.
The 10 second rule still applies whilst in a car chase (If you attempt to rob someone who is actively driving a car, you must give them 10 seconds to respond before assuming they are attempting to escape).
The use of robbery binds remains prohibited.

We are altering two rules:
- While KOS (killing on sight) is permitted if a person has a valid reason to kill someone, it is no longer allowed to kill on sight if the reason for the kill is older than 24 hours. In other words, if the reason you are killing someone is due to an occurrence 5 days (or longer) prior to now then you may not kill them on sight and you must first interact with the player. If you do not engage the person enough with a decent amount of roleplay then it will be deemed DM (one line is not sufficient) — this will be at the discretion of the admin.
- The definition of quickshooting has been broadened. Any method that allows you to shoot at a faster rate with a shotgun than the normal firing rate (the pump-action animation) will be considered quickshooting, and therefore a gun discharge exploit. This only applies if you intend on firing shortly after your last shot, and not if you are swapping away to move from your current position.
EDIT: The KOS (killing on sight) permit has been lowered from 7 days to 5 days.
EDIT 2: The KOS (killing on sight) permit has been lowered from 5 days to 24 hours.Last edited by Vitale; February 27th, 2018 at 12:35 PM. Reason: KOS update #2

Updated DM rule in regards to Law Enforcement traffic stops:
From now on you may no longer kill an officer for trying to pull you over, unless one of the following exceptions is met;
- You are wanted.
- You are asked to step out of the vehicle.
- You are asked to put your hands up, or behind your back.
- You are being given a ticket.
- The cop has requested backup.
- The cop asks to search your vehicle.
EDIT: The right to kill a cop if backup has been requested, can now be transferred to gang members and friends. Gang members who respond to the backup call may not start shooting unless the player that got pulled over initiate the gunfight.Last edited by Takeo; June 16th, 2018 at 06:45 PM. Reason: Update #1
